We use the term “weight loss” at the clinic, but we really want to focus on sustainable lifestyle changes and healthy weights.  When we do this --- focus on health --- the weight loss will come.

Consistency is of utmost importance, there is no quick fix.  As much as we may desire a quick fix, anyone who has lost weight quickly knows all too well that it will likely return with additional pounds.  Our approach is about lasting change and supporting your journey to health.

Creating a relationship with whole foods

Our team works with you to focus on your relationship with whole foods, plant-based nutrition, and calorie density.  Imagine being able to eat the most nutritious foods available (like fruits and vegetables) until you are comfortably full and still be able to lose weight.  No deprivation.  No going hungry.
